GlobalChatbot is now an official plugin in the WordPress.org directory. It passed the WordPress Plugins Team review and you can install it straight from your dashboard, like any other plugin.
Two minutes from install to your first answer
- Install: in WordPress go to Plugins → Add New, search for “GlobalChatbot” and click Install, then Activate. You can also open the plugin page on WordPress.org.
- Get your Widget ID: create your GlobalChatbot account, open Install in your dashboard and copy the value of
data-idfrom the snippet. - Paste and save: go to Settings → GlobalChatbot, paste it as your Widget ID and save. The chat appears on every page of your site.
That is the whole setup. No theme editing, no copy-pasting code into the wrong file, nothing to break when your theme updates.
What your visitors get
The plugin is the connector; the intelligence lives in your GlobalChatbot workspace. So the moment the widget is on your site, visitors get the full agent:
- Answers in 45+ languages, detected automatically. A visitor writes in Spanish, the bot replies in Spanish.
- The chat window speaks their language too — the greeting, the buttons and the hints switch to the language of your page, in 22 languages out of the box.

Small settings that matter
We kept the settings page short on purpose. You can pick the main color of the chat right from WordPress (or leave it empty to use the colors from your GlobalChatbot dashboard), switch the chat on or off without uninstalling anything, and tick “Hide the chat while I am logged in as administrator” so the bubble does not get in your way while you edit pages.
And because nobody wants a slower website, the widget script loads with defer in the footer, after your page content. Your page renders first; the chat arrives right after.
