Is there a free plan?+
We offer a 14-day free trial on Starter and Pro — no credit card required. After 14 days, you choose a plan or your account pauses. We do not have an indefinite free tier.
What counts as a 'conversation'?+
A single session with one visitor, regardless of how many messages exchanged. A visitor returning the next day is a new conversation.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes — one click from the billing portal. No notice period. No retention call. You keep access until the end of your current billing cycle.
What if I exceed my Starter conversation limit?+
Soft overage: €0.05 per extra conversation. We email you at 80% so there are no surprises. Or upgrade to Pro for unlimited.
Do you offer annual pricing?+
Optional — 2 months free if you pay annually. Not required. Most customers stay monthly.
Refunds?+
Pro-rated refund if you cancel within 30 days. After that, monthly cycle applies.
Can I use my own OpenAI key?+
Yes — BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) available on Pro and Business. 30% discount on plan when activated.
