Terms of Service

The legal agreement between you and Syntranova AL LTD for using GlobalChatbot.

Agreement

By using GlobalChatbot ("Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

The Service is operated by Syntranova AL LTD (HE 485824), Cyprus ("we", "us", "GlobalChatbot"). You ("Customer") agree to these terms as the entity that owns the account.

The Service

GlobalChatbot is a multi-tenant AI agent platform. We provide:

  • AI chatbot deployment trained on your data
  • Multi-channel surfaces (web, WhatsApp, Messenger, voice)
  • Tool calling integrations
  • Dashboard, analytics, billing

Service availability targets are described on the Status page (/status).

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam)
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Process payment data in violation of PCI-DSS
  • Process sensitive personal data (health, biometric) without our written consent and a signed BAA/DPA
  • Reverse-engineer or scrape the Service
  • Build a competing product

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these.

Subscription and billing

Plans, pricing, and trial terms are described at /pricing. Stripe processes payments — their terms apply to payment transactions.

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Refunds: pro-rated for first 30 days; not available after.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your data, your bot configuration, your customer conversations.

We retain ownership of the Service software, infrastructure, and aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics used to improve the product.

You grant us a license to process your data solely to deliver the Service.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Service is provided "as is" without warranty
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.

Termination

You can close your account anytime. We can terminate your account for material violation of these terms with 30 days' notice (or immediately for severe violations).

On termination, you have 90 days to export your data, after which we delete it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Disputes resolved in Nicosia courts, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.
